I got deep into AI tooling because my day job is full of repetitive, document-heavy, structure-hungry problems and I got tired of solving them the slow way. I work in facilities management — the business of keeping complex operations running — and that's the lens I bring: real problems, real people who have to use whatever you build. I think in systems.
