Over deze dienst
Is your system integrator delivering a stable design, or are you headed toward a costly post-go-live operational disaster?

I identify critical integration gaps, challenge over-customizations, and validate partner effort estimations to keep your project on track, on budget, and built to scale.

Do you perform system configuration or write custom code?

How do you handle NDAs and data security?

Can you help us choose between Greenfield and Brownfield migrations?
Yes. In the Standard and Premium packages, I analyze your legacy complexity and operational goals to recommend the most cost-effective, risk-free transition path (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition) for your supply chain.
