Suddenly nothing feels normal anymore. People around you do not know what to say. Some stay. Some disappear. And while your world has stopped, everyone else keeps moving.
I know that feeling. I have experienced several losses myself, and since 2016 I have worked as a certified coach, supporting people through hard times.
When my best friend was dying, she once said to me: " You are alive, you can!"
That sentence changed the way I see grief and loss.
Grief and loss can break something in you. But they can also show you so much love, strength you never knew you had.

Ves, for sure. Sometimes the first step is simply having a safe space to talk.
Is this only for grief after someone has died?
No. Loss can mean many different things, but it can affect us in very similar ways. It can be the death of someone you love, the end of a relationship, a dream or the life you thought you would have. The kind of loss may be different, but the feeling of loosing a part of your world can be similar.
