Electional Astrology is an ancient art through which the astrologer uses his knowledge of planetary movements in an effort to make important beginnings and the launching of ventures more successful.
The astrologer uses his tools and knowledge to appraise different date and times within a scope the client gives, in order to find the moment which offers the highest chance of success.
Electional Astrology can be used to pick a time for a wedding, launch a business, sign a contract, purchase an important commodity, going on a long trip, picking a time for a surgery and other such ventures.
The client must specify a time-frame to choose from (dates, days, hours) and to notify the astrologer about where the new beginning will take place.

Do I need to pick a date far into the future?
Not necessarily. Dates in the distant future can be used, but mostly near-future dates are asked about and sometimes very-near-future dates as well.
How Electional Astrology works?
The astrologer takes a look at the client's birth-chart, he checks the ephemeris (a tool used to appraise future planetary movements) for auspicious times, then he cross-references information between the two to assure that the elected time matches the client's birth chart.
Are there any ethical considerations?
Yes. I will not agree to elect times for any venture which will endanger another individual.
What is the down side of the basic electional astrology offer?
I will pick the right time and reference the birth chart. However, the process would be more quick, intuitive and only a very short report would be issued to the client.
