What is Mandatory setup fee ?
The mandatory setup fee is an one-time setup fee that we charge to setup your account/install/configure activate everything in your radio server. Please check gig description to find out if your plan's setup fee
Do you charge extra for servers or server costs are included in package ?
The gig packages Basic, Standard, Premium includes the cost of radio servers+general maintenance and administrative services which will needs to be renewed monthly or annually to keep the service active.
I have a server I only need radio playing / Auto DJ software
Unfortunately we don't offer auto dj softwares separately. Please check our other gigs for custom server installation services
