Looking to automate getting data from websites you are constantly checking manually? You have come to the right gig!
Data is everything, so if you come to me, I will create a program that automates the process of accessing and collecting valuable data from a webpage, outputting it in an organised format so you can get all the insights and info you need. I will keep in regular contact with you, making sure that I deliver exactly what you have in mind and then, when finished, I will send you over the python source code so that you can run it whenever you want to quickly and easily retrieve lots of important data.
I use python with beautifulsoup and Selenium libraries to access static and dynamic elements of the webpage and navigate complex sites, such as ones that require menu selection or even login pages!

What requirements do I need to run the automations?
You will just need any device (laptop, computer) with python installed. If you don't have python installed, I will be happy to help you through this process!
Is it possible to access data protected by login?
Yes! Login forms are possible to get around but this may require more work to automate, so message me about your requirements and we will find a solution!
Can you use either selenium or beautifulsoup?
Yes, but some more complex and dynamic webpages are not possible to scrape with beautifulsoup, so I will have to use selenium.
How is the data outputted?
The data can be compiled into an output file that can be a text file or spreadsheet or just printed out into the console
