Veelgestelde vragen
Is it safe to connect to my PC using TeamViewer?
Yes. You stay in control of the remote session and can watch the changes I make. Only share access when you’re ready, and disconnect at any time. Never share passwords or sensitive information.
What information do you need before starting?
Please provide your PC specs (CPU, GPU, and RAM), internet upload speed, streaming software (OBS Studio or Streamlabs), and a brief description of the issues you want to fix.
Do you design custom overlays and alerts?
I don’t create graphics from scratch. However, if you already have an overlay pack, alerts, or scenes, I can help install, configure, and integrate them into your streaming software.
Can you fix stream lag on a low-end PC or slow internet connection?
I’ll optimize your settings for the best performance your current PC and internet connection can support. However, if your hardware or upload speed is insufficient, an upgrade may be needed.
Do you support PS5 and Xbox streaming?
Yes! I can help configure your Elgato or another compatible capture card and connect your console to OBS Studio or Streamlabs. I’ll also check your gameplay, microphone, and console audio for proper synchronization.
