Is your Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook account suspended? We can send a legal letter to those companies and ask them to reinstate it. We will present your side of the story clearly and persuasively and will ask them to reinstate the account.
Of course, there is no guarantee of success as such companies are third parties over which we have no control whatsoever.
This Gig covers drafting and sending a legal letter to the relevant company. The letter will be sent by a licensed attorney registered in Brussels. Be careful about providers of similar services who are not attorneys as usually attorneys are entitled to legally represent their clients. Some companies may refuse to deal with legal representatives who are not licensed attorneys. Upon your request, I will provide you with information necessary to verify my attorney credentials.
After sending the legal letter, I may, in my sole discretion, send up to 4 reminders to the relevant company. Please note that the fee will not be refunded if the company does not reply or if the company does not reinstate the account. The letter will normally be sent by email. In some cases, I may send the letter by post.

Do you make any promises regarding the outcome?
We do not make any promises about the outcome. We do not know whether they will reply, when they will reply and how they will reply. If you do not want to risk, just DO NOT HIRE US. Lawyers are professionals and not magicians. The decision-making process of large companies is outside of our control.
I want my account to be reinstated in 1-2 weeks. Can you help?
We can send the legal letter and ask them to do so, but it may or may not work. Again, we have no control whatsoever over the responsiveness of large companies.
I want to pay you only if you reinstate my account. Is it possible?
No, for at least 3 reasons: 1. Contingency fees are prohibited by my bar association; 2. The quoted fee is the fee for drafting the legal letter. It is not a success fee. If it was a success fee, I would have charged much more; 3. If the account is reinstated, the debtor may not pay.
The quality of this service depends on the outcome of the letter, correct?
No, do you blame a medical doctor if a patient dies without any fault by the doctor? It is the same with lawyers. You will see your legal letter and will be able to comment on it. I will send you evidence that it is sent which may, depending on the case, include a postal receipt.
Once I approve the work product (the legal letter), can I request revisions (without actual requests for changes or edits)?
No, you agree that the revision button is strictly for edits or changes of the work product (i.e., the legal letter) and not for other purposes.
