Please share your exact Moodle, PHP, theme and plugin versions. I will confirm compatibility and whether I can undertake the repair before you order.
Can you fix quiz, SCORM and course completion problems?
I troubleshoot Moodle-side playback, tracking, grading and completion problems. Changes inside SCORM source files or third-party products depend on available access and the agreed scope.
What access will you need?
Depending on the issue, I may need temporary Moodle administrator access and relevant file or server access. For changes to your site, we will confirm a current backup and use a staging environment where available.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed repair. Additional issues, new features and changes outside the original scope require a separate quote.
