Grace got the work done and was proactive in suggesting I re-file my older years’ returns to ensure they are all e-filed (I was penalized for submitting mailed returns last year). Grace is great, response was quick and communication was clear. No major complaints other than a small but inconsequential delay in actually filing the tax forms needed - to be fair, though, I myself should have reached out earlier and not wait until the last week of the IRS deadline too, when pressure is at its highest. Will do so with Grace next year!

A better explanation of upfront payment would have made the entire transaction much smoother and taken up less time overall. However, at final delivery, all expectations were met. I am satisfied with the work performed and will use Grace's accounting services again. - M. Bishop

Not recommended if you're on a deadline. Deadline passed with no delivery, and I had to constantly follow up just to get updates. At one point I was told “no update, it’s the weekend,” and another time “I’ve asked my tax team and will let you know", which made me feel like the work was not being handled... Meer bekijken

Grace and her team got me exactly what I needed within a very tight deadline under 24 hours. Very happy with the service and will turn back to her and her team if I need a CPA letter in the future.
