What will I receive?
Depending on the package, you may receive cleaned metadata, FASTQ QC reports, MultiQC summaries, trimmed reads, taxonomic tables, figures, reports, and reproducible code.
Do you process paired-end FASTQ files?
Yes. I can perform quality control and conservative trimming for paired-end or single-end sequencing data. Please share the file count and total compressed size before ordering.
Can you analyze microbiome data?
Yes. I support microbiome and metagenomic research workflows, including metadata organization, QC, preprocessing, taxonomic profiling, and exploratory analysis.
Do you provide clinical interpretation or diagnosis?
