Veelgestelde vragen
What software and management tools are you proficient in?
I am experienced in Hostaway, PriceLabs, Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Agoda. For administrative, CRM, and bookkeeping needs, I work with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Asana, QuickBooks Online, and Google Workspace.
How fast do you respond to guest inquiries?
I maintain an average response time of under 5-10 minutes (most of the time I respond within minutes only) for guest inquiries, booking requests, and pre/post-stay questions to ensure high guest satisfaction and maintain 5-star rating standards.
How do you prevent double-bookings across multiple booking sites?
I use multi-channel management software like Hostaway alongside automated calendar synchronization across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and Agoda to keep availability instantly updated
Can you manage cleaning and property maintenance remotely?
Yes. I coordinate daily turnover schedules directly with your local cleaning teams, manage contactless self-check-in systems, and report any on-site maintenance issues to you immediately for swift resolution.
How do I safely share account credentials, usernames, and passwords with you?
Your security is a top priority. I recommend sharing sensitive account access using secure password management tools like 1Password or LastPass, which allow you to grant access without revealing raw passwords. Alternatively, you can add me as a team member or sub-user directly on the platforms.
