Manufacturing Line Development • Developed a complete carbon steel fittings production line (elbow, tee, reducer) with size capability ½” – 12”, designed based on market demand and feasibility studies compliant with ASME B16.9 standards. The process line includes laser cutting/radius sawing, punching, cold forming, heat treatment, hanger blasting, beveling, marking, dip painting, and packaging. • Developed a carbon steel flange production line with size capability ½” – 6”, designed according to ASME B16.5 standards. The process includes billet cutting, billet heating, forging, machining, drilling, marking, painting, and packaging. • Developed a boiler pipe production line with size capability ½” – 2”, compliant with ASTM A106, ASTM A179, and ASTM A192 standards. The process includes billet cutting, billet centering, billet heating, piercing, sizing, swaging, surface treatment, cold drawing, normalizing, straightening, marking, painting, sawing, and packaging. Heat Treatment & Metallurgical Development • Developed a heat treatment line capable of up to 950°C, implementing quenching and tempering processes for upgrading material grades of seamless pipe, bending pipe, and fittings. Validation was conducted based on API 20H furnace survey standards. Factory Infrastructure & Utilities Development • Developed a Medium Voltage to Low Voltage electrical distribution system, including installation of LVMDP 6300A panels and capacitor bank systems distributed to machine DB panels. • Installed an off-grid solar power system with a capacity of 370 kWp, integrated with 3 Huawei 115 kW inverters. • Procured and installed 5 units of 5-ton overhead cranes, 2 units of 10-ton overhead cranes, and 2 units of 5+5 ton gantry cranes for production and storage operations. • Built a compressed air system using BK132-8G compressor (24 m³/min capacity) with integrated air dryer, air tank, and filtration system.
