I will infill a lattice structure into your part using nTop, optimizing it for strength, weight reduction, and specific applications like heat exchangers or medical implants.
A lattice is a 3D grid structure designed to reduce the weight of a part by 20-50%, while maintaining similar strength and performance. The exact results depend on the lattice type and design chosen.
Lattice structures can also mimic natural bone behavior, making them ideal for osseointegration and bone replacement in medical implants.
Included in the price is FEA verification on SolidWorks to ensure the optimized lattice structure performs as expected in real-world conditions.
I use nTop (formerly nTopology) to ensure you get the best solution possible.

What is nTop ?
nTop is a 3D CAD software specialised in optimizing domains (heat transfer etc) / topology and computer aided FEA (simulation on computer). The interest of choosing nTop over soliworks is the control of the process, the number of parameters that can be tweaked is very high compared to solidworks.
What is the type of file that you will provide ?
I will provide neutral file type, either .step, .x_y or .slpdrt. No .stl / .obj will be provided (except if the file is very lightweight) due to size that the file can take on complex parts (they can easily reach 10 GO and beyond for a single file).
What is the concept of "lattice" that you use to optimize weight ?
It's a 3D shape, that makes a patern and allows lighter parts by making a part of the inside of the bodies hollow. For complementary informations, see the first paragraph of the main text.
