Source code access (GitHub, ZIP, or Expo link), error logs or screenshots, and a brief description of the issue. For backend-related bugs, .env or config files may be needed temporarily.
How long does a bug fix take?
Small UI bugs are resolved in 1–2 days. Medium-level bugs like native config or library issues take 2–4 days. Complex bugs involving logic, APIs, or crashes may take 3–7 days depending on complexity.
Do you guarantee the fix will work on both iOS and Android?
