Cagle was running a business while struggling to keep up with the daily follow-through. I stepped in as his business assistant and accountability partner after a call where we mapped out his priorities, his daily rhythm, and what he needed to stop managing alone. I organized his tasks and projects in Notion, set up a daily checklist, and handled his inbox, calendar, and scheduling. I checked in on every commitment against its deadline and followed up on delayed items, so progress stayed visible. Cagle went from carrying everything himself to opening one system each day and knowing what was done, what was next, and what was waiting on him. Base44 Expert | Web App Deployment, Bug Fixing & Testing

Mayer Crow had built his web app on Base44 and was close to launching, but it was not ready. Pages behaved differently from one screen to the next, a few features broke when real users clicked through them, and he had no one to check everything before it went public. Publishing with hidden bugs meant risking his first impression with users, and he did not want to find the problems after launch. He brought me in as a Base44 expert to take the app from almost ready to live. We started with a call where he walked me through what the app should do and where he had noticed problems. I went through every page and flow, wrote down each bug I found, and fixed them one by one, including [one or two real fixes, such as broken forms, data not saving, or layout issues]. After the fixes, I tested the full user journey on desktop and mobile, rechecked each repaired feature, and deployed the app only when the results were clean. The app went live August 18, 2026 with the issues already solved, so Mayer launched without worrying about what users would run into. He went from nervous about publishing to confident, and the time he had spent chasing bugs went back into his business.
