Do I need a VAPI or Retell AI account before ordering?
No. I can create the account with you or walk you through setup step by step. You will only pay the platform's own usage fees (VAPI charges per minute of call time), which are separate from my service fee. I'll recommend the right platform for your use case before we start.
Will the AI voice agent sound like a real person?
Yes. I use the latest voice models from ElevenLabs, VAPI AI, and Retell AI that sound natural — they pause, listen, and respond contextually just like a real person on the phone. You can also choose your preferred voice style (professional, friendly, warm) and I'll set it up before delivery.
Which CRM systems can you integrate the voice agent with?
GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Google Sheets are all supported natively. For other CRMs, I use webhooks and REST API connections. Message me with your CRM name before ordering and I'll confirm compatibility — for free.

What happens if the AI doesn't understand a caller?
I build a fallback system into every agent. If the AI is unsure, it politely asks the caller to repeat, or transfers to a human depending on your preference. You decide how edge cases are handled — I document all of this in the written SOP so your team knows exactly what to expect.
Will I be able to update the script myself after you deliver?
Yes. Standard and Premium deliveries include a Loom video walkthrough and a written SOP explaining how to update the script, adjust conversation flows, and add new FAQs. Most clients can make basic edits independently within a few days. For bigger changes, I'm available during the support window.
Is my customer data safe inside the voice agent?
Yes. All data stays inside the platforms you own — VAPI, Retell, or your CRM. I do not store, access, or share any of your customer call data or contact information beyond what is needed to build and test the system during delivery.
