Rostu • Fulltime

Jan 2022 - Present • 4 yrs 9 mos

I founded Rostu, a visual communication and presentation design agency, and lead a team with 4000+ presentations delivered. We work with founders, executives, and marketing teams to emphasize their content through thoughtful design, giving key messages visual weight and making presentations easier to follow. Our work includes investor pitch deck design, sales presentations, corporate decks, and custom PowerPoint and Google Slides templates. Our investor pitch deck design has supported fundraising for Deciphex (€60M), Lumata Health ($32.5M), PlotLogic ($23M), Fountain Life ($17M), PairTeam ($9M), and many more. Our sales presentations and partnership decks have also helped clients win deals, sell services, and secure new partners. I oversee creative direction and quality across projects in healthcare, biotech, AI, fintech, mining, and energy. We use visual hierarchy, typography, data visualization, and infographics to highlight what matters in each client’s content and create a consistent, professional brand presence. A key part of our work is building functional presentation templates that teams can use confidently. These include editable slide layouts, Slide Master layouts, content placeholders, reusable charts, and practical options for different content types. We set up brand colors, theme fonts, and embedded fonts in PowerPoint where licensing allows, helping teams maintain consistency as they create and update presentations. We design for everyday use as well as important meetings. Each template balances brand identity with flexibility, so teams can adapt layouts to their content and spend less time formatting. Beyond slides, we create one-pagers, sales brochures, conference materials, and branded Word templates, extending the same visual approach across business communications.

I’m a Fiverr Pro verified designer in Presentation Design and Business Presentations, and a Top Rated Seller with 2,100+ five-star reviews and 11+ years of experience. I help businesses communicate their value, present complex information clearly, and give their teams practical tools for creating consistent, professional materials. My services include PowerPoint presentation design, PowerPoint redesign, Google Slides presentations, and data visualization for sales decks, company profiles, product launches, webinars, and training. My focus is on what your materials need to achieve: help prospects understand your offer, make data easier to interpret, support business decisions, and reduce the time your team spends formatting documents and slides. Beyond individual presentations, I create editable PowerPoint and Google Slides template systems, Microsoft Word templates, and brand style guides. Reusable layouts and clear formatting rules help your team work faster and keep materials consistent across departments. If your branding isn’t ready yet, I can develop a visual identity with colors, typography, and design guidelines, then apply it across your presentations, business documents, and LinkedIn branding—including profile banners, post templates, and carousel designs. You’ll receive editable files and a cohesive design system your business can continue using as it grows.

Presentation Designer

Upwork • Freelance

May 2016 - Jan 2022 • 5 yrs 8 mos

Expert Vetted - Top 1% of talent on Upwork I started freelancing on Upwork after completing my master’s degree in Innovation Management. It gave me a business perspective that continues to shape how I approach design: understanding the purpose of a presentation, its audience, and what deserves their attention. Today, I am an Expert-Vetted presentation designer in Upwork’s top 1% of talent, with 100% Job Success Score. I work directly with international clients on executive briefings, product presentations, company profiles, training materials, and keynote decks. Some projects involve refreshing an existing presentation; others start with a document, spreadsheet, or collection of slides that needs a cohesive visual direction. My work includes presentation redesign, chart design, custom diagrams, and slide animations. I use these to emphasize the client’s content, bring important details into focus, and support the speaker’s delivery. When a client needs a new look, I develop a presentation style guide covering typography, color palettes, image treatment, and chart styling. This gives future materials a consistent direction and makes design decisions easier for their team. Over time, many projects have grown into ongoing collaborations. I learn each client’s preferences, adapt to their review process, and help them keep presentations polished as their content and business needs evolve.
