Manual follow-up was eating into SandBox's team hours, so a set of GHL automations was built entirely within the GoHighLevel platform to take that work off their plate. These GoHighLevel automations covered lead intake, appointment reminders, and re-engagement sequences tailored to their sales process. GHL workflows handled conditional triggers, tagging, and task assignments seamlessly as contacts moved through each stage. GoHighLevel automations were configured with SMS and email touchpoints, keeping leads engaged without manual outreach. Additional GHL workflows were set up for internal notifications, alerting the team the moment a hot lead came in. This project replaced SandBox's manual processes with a full suite of GoHighLevel automations and GHL workflows working together, boosting response times and conversions significantly.
