I produce permit-ready civil site plans, grading and drainage plans, and MEP drawings for USA residential construction. Specialties: ADU grading and drainage plans, residential lot grading for permit, ADU electrical permit drawings (NEC 2020/2023), ADU plumbing permit drawings (IPC/UPC), and HVAC duct layout plans (IMC/IECC).
