Over mij
Hi, I'm Fiza. I work with law firms, mostly solo attorneys and small practices, to take admin work off their plate with AI.
Many firms lose new clients because nobody picks up the phone after 5pm. I set up voice agents that answer those calls, ask your intake questions, book the consult and send it straight into Clio, Lawmatics or MyCase.
I also build assistants that search your case files and point back to the exact page.
Tell me your practice area and I'll suggest what would actually help.

Senior AI Solutions Architect
Legal Services • Fulltime
Apr 2020 - Apr 2026 • 6 yrs
Expert in developing end-to-end AI automation for law firms, focusing on increasing billable efficiency and client acquisition. AI Voice Receptionists: Deployed humanized voice agents (Vapi/Retell) for 24/7 legal intake, cutting lead response time to zero. Intelligent Case Bots: Built RAG-based chatbots that allow attorneys to query thousands of pages of case files instantly. Secure Workflows: Engineered SOC2/GDPR-compliant automations using n8n to sync client data directly into legal CRMs like Clio and MyCase. Results: Helped boutique firms reduce administrative overhead by 40% while doubling their consultation booking rates.
