• Test and Run Different PLC'S (SIEMENS S7-300, MITSHUBISHI FX SERIES, LG MASTE-K80S, MASTER-K, ALLEN BRADLEY MICROLOGICX 1400, SAMSUNG NX700) • HMI Design (Weintek , Proface ) • Learned SCADA Software's (Movicon Next 4.0 , AVEVA Indusoft Web Studio) • Mimic Panel Sheet Design on Corel Draw. • Mimic and Automation Control Panel Estimation, Designing, Wiring, and Installation Work. • Weintek HMI Design including Trends, Alarms, Reports, and Animation work. • Scada Dashboard With Database system design for different Feed Mills in Pakistan. • Calibration of different weighing Indicators(DIGI, Axis, SEWHA, General) with Loadcells. • Design Electrical Wiring Diagrams for industrial control panels. • Installations and Commissioning of Arca Labeling Machine(Evolution 160, Performance 4.0, Wind 110) with Automation Control Panel and maintain Site Record. • Installation of Digital Sensors(Sick, Fork, Banner) and Software Configuration of Cognex Dataman and Insight 2000 For Stemp Detection and scanning purposes. • Collaboration with field technical team(Engineers,Febricators and Technicians). • Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for Client. • Implementation of HSE Policies on Site according to Safety Standards.
