Immediate and effective response on complaints issued by occupants.  Working closely with the Project Team to ensure work execution per applicable drawings and specifications  Execution of mechanical works as per the Contract Specification.  Selecting the suitable Mechanic to take the examination and repairing process for equipment.  Checking up the spare parts (Inventory) upon arrival and ensuring they are in compliance with the required specifications

Annual Maintenance of Cooling Tower and Chiller including complete servicing (scrapping and scrubbing the Cold and Hot Sumps, descaling its nozzles etc).  Co-ordinating with all Sites and Improvising what is required at the site whenever necessary. Annual Maintenance of Cooling Tower and Chiller including complete servicing (scrapping and scrubbing the Cold and Hot Sumps, descaling its nozzles etc).  Immediate and effective response and action on complaints issued by occupants.  Documented and maintained accurate records of all design drawings and specifications for future reference and quality control
