Which BIM software do you use?
I primarily work with Tekla Structures and Allplan. I can also deliver IFC models compatible with BIMvision, AutoCAD and other BIM software upon request.
Which file formats will I receive?
Depending on your package, I can provide IFC, DWG, PDF and native source files. Please contact me if you need a specific format before ordering.
Can you model both steel and reinforced concrete structures?
Yes. I create BIM models for reinforced concrete, structural steel and mixed structural systems for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Do you provide quantity takeoff?
Yes. Material quantities and schedules can be extracted directly from the BIM model depending on the selected package.
What information do you need before starting?
Please provide architectural drawings (PDF, DWG or IFC), structural requirements, design criteria and any reference documents available. The more information you provide, the more accurate the BIM model will be.
