How it works: a web form, email or chat message comes in - an AI model reads it, scores it hot / warm / cold, writes a short summary and next step - your team gets a Telegram or Slack alert - the lead is saved to Google Sheets or your CRM. Spam and junk submissions are filtered out.

Can you build it in n8n, Make or Zapier?
n8n and Make are my main tools; I can also write it as custom code. If you already pay for one platform, I build there. Self-hosted n8n is an option too.
How long does it take and how is the price set?
A single alert flow usually fits the Basic package; AI scoring with CRM sync is Standard or Premium. Message me your sources and tools first and I will confirm the exact package and timing.
What do you need from me to start?
Where leads come from, what makes a lead hot for you, where alerts and data should go, and access to those tools. Two or three sample leads help me tune the AI scoring.
What happens after delivery?
You get a short handover guide and access to everything. For 14 days after delivery I fix any bug in the flow I built at no extra cost. Changes to the scope are quoted separately.
