Can you build an AI calling agent for outbound sales?
Yes. I build outbound AI calling agents that pull contact data from your CRM or database, call leads automatically, qualify them using a custom script, and log results back to your CRM. This works with Vapi AI or Retell AI connected through n8n or Make com
Can the AI voice agent book appointments automatically?
Yes. I set up full appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellation flows. The AI agent connects to Google Calendar or your CRM calendar, checks availability in real time, and books directly during the call without any manual involvement

What is the difference between Vapi AI and Retell AI? Which one should I use?
Both are excellent AI voice platforms. Vapi AI gives more flexibility for developers and custom configurations. Retell AI tends to be faster to set up and has strong inbound call handling. I will recommend the right one based on your specific use case after you message me
Do I need technical knowledge to use the AI agent after delivery?
No. I build the system, test it, and deliver it ready to use. I also provide a short documentation or walkthrough so you understand how to manage it. You do not need to know how to code or configure anything yourself
How long does it take to build and deliver an AI voice agent?
Delivery time depends on the package. A basic audit or fix takes 2 days. A standard outbound calling agent setup takes 4 days. A full inbound and outbound system with appointment booking and n8n workflow takes 7 days. Timelines are confirmed before we start
What do I need to provide before you start building?
You will need to provide API keys for the platforms you have accounts on, such as Vapi AI or Retell AI, access to your CRM like GoHighLevel or HubSpot, and your n8n workspace or Make com Organization if you have one. I will send you a clear checklist after you message me so nothing is missed
Can I hear the AI voice agent before it goes live?
Yes. Before final delivery I run test calls so you can hear exactly how the agent sounds and responds. You can request adjustments to the script, tone, or flow during the revision period included in your package
Do you offer support after the AI agent is delivered?
Yes. The Standard package and the Premium package includes post-delivery support includes 7 days. During this time I fix any issues that come up after the agent goes live. After that, you can order a maintenance package if needed
