I will design responsive Salesforce HTML email templates that render everywhere.
Most Salesforce email templates break in Outlook, clip in Gmail, and look fine only on the designer's screen. The render problem is not design it is that HTML email follows rules nobody has updated since 2005.
I follow those rules on purpose. 7 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
What I build:
- Responsive HTML templates tested in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and mobile
- Merge field configuration with Salesforce objects, including Contact, Lead, Account, and custom records
- Letterhead templates for Classic or Lightning Email, with proper fallbacks
- Transactional templates for order confirmations, password resets, and receipts
- Marketing Cloud templates for campaign sends and journey builders
What I will not build:
- Templates that use modern CSS features Outlook ignores
- Image-only emails that land in spam filters
- Templates without a text version, which hurts deliverability
- Templates for platforms other than Salesforce

How do I place an order and what information do you need from me?

Why does my current email template look fine in Gmail but break in Outlook?
Outlook renders HTML email using Microsoft Word's rendering engine, not a real browser. This means modern CSS features like flexbox, grid, and most animations simply do not work. I build templates using the table-based layouts and inline styles that survive every major email client
Do you configure the template inside Salesforce, or do I get an HTML file?
Basic tier delivers the HTML file for you to configure yourself. Standard and Premium tiers include full configuration inside Salesforce with merge fields, letterhead assignment, and integration with either Classic or Lightning Email
Can you build templates for Salesforce Marketing Cloud?
Yes, though Marketing Cloud templates use different merge syntax and rendering rules than Sales or Service Cloud templates. Message me before ordering if your template is for Marketing Cloud so I can confirm scope
What email clients do you test against?
Gmail on web and mobile, Outlook on desktop and web, Apple Mail on Mac and iOS, and the Salesforce preview renderer. If you have a specific client your audience uses heavily, such as Yahoo Mail or a corporate Outlook version, message me at scoping time and I will add it to the test matrix.
Can you convert my static design into a clickable signature?
Off course. Send me a message with your design and I will back to you with a custom offer to convert it into HTML.
Can I edit the template myself after delivery?
Yes. Standard and Premium deliveries are built as Salesforce-native templates that your team can edit in the Lightning Email Template Builder.
How do you handle urgent template requests?
