What's included:

Veelgestelde vragen
Q1. What does the Basic package include?
Basic covers the core shopping flow — product listing by category, product detail pages, cart management, and Stripe checkout for card payments. Firebase Auth handles user login and the order is stored to Firestore. Source code is included. It is the right package for a clean, functional MVP store w
Q2. Can you work from my Figma designs?
Yes. Share your Figma file and I will implement it exactly. If you do not have designs, describe your brand colors and list the screens you need and I will implement a clean, professional layout that fits your product type.
Q3. Which Stripe payment methods do you support?
Every package includes card payments via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay can be added as an extra — message me to confirm scope. Stripe Connect for marketplace splits is available on the Premium package only.
Q4. Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes. You will need a Stripe account at stripe.com — it is free to set up and you only pay per transaction. I will configure the integration using your Stripe API keys. Your money goes directly to your account, not through me.
Q5. Can this connect to my existing product database or backend?
Yes. If you have an existing backend API or product catalog, share the API documentation before ordering. Standard and Premium packages include REST API integration. Basic is Firebase-only — if you have a custom backend, order Standard or message me for a custom offer.
Q6. What is NOT included in this gig?
Physical payment terminals, cryptocurrency payments, complex marketplace features with multiple seller payouts in Basic or Standard, web versions of the app, and Shopify or WooCommerce direct sync are not covered in standard packages. Message me if you need any
Q7. Can you add subscription billing instead of one-time payments?
Yes as a custom extra. Stripe subscriptions for recurring billing such as monthly memberships or SaaS plans can be added to Standard or Premium. Message me with the subscription model you need and I will send a custom offer.
Q8. Does this include inventory management?
Basic and Standard use a Firestore product catalog that you update manually. Premium includes a basic admin panel where you can add, edit, and remove products and categories without touching the code. Full warehouse inventory systems are a custom project — message me.
Q9. How do you handle failed payments and refunds?
The integration includes full Stripe error handling for declined cards, expired cards, and insufficient funds with user-friendly error messages. Refunds are processed through your Stripe dashboard directly. I set up the integration but refund processing is your responsibility as the store owner.
Q10. How much experience do you have with Flutter ecommerce apps?
I have built payment-integrated Flutter apps at two companies over 4 years including Stripe integration, in-app purchases, and subscription flows. These were real production apps with real users and real transactions — not demo or tutorial builds.
