Do you write the instructional content, or do I need to provide a script?
I can work either way. If you send raw source material (a PDF, PPT, or SME notes), I'll structure it into a learning-objective-driven script and storyboard before building in Storyline. If you already have an approved script, I'll build directly from that — just note which option you need
Will the course work in my company's LMS?
Yes. I package every course as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or xAPI (Tin Can), which covers virtually all major LMS platforms including Cornerstone, Docebo, Litmos, and Moodle. Tell me your LMS in the requirements and I'll confirm the right export format before starting.
Can you make the training accessible for employees using screen readers?
Yes, I build with WCAG 2.1/Section 508 accessibility in mind — proper reading order, alt text, keyboard navigation, and closed captions if you're including narration. Let me know upfront if full accessibility compliance is a hard requirement for your organization.
Do you record voiceover, or do I need to provide narration?
I don't record voiceover myself, but I can sync professionally recorded narration you provide, or integrate a licensed AI voiceover if you'd like — just flag this in your order requirements so I can budget the extra sync time.
How many revisions are included, and what if I need more?
Each package includes the revision rounds listed above. Additional revision rounds beyond that can be added as a paid extra — message me first and I'll quote based on scope so there are no surprises.
