Can you handle translations directly from code/CSV/JSON/HTML files?
Yes. I’m comfortable working with structured product feeds, HTML/Markdown, and UI strings. I ensure the formatting and code remain intact while translating only the content
Do you optimize translations for SEO?
Yes. On request, I can align translations with SEO keywords to improve product visibility and search performance. This is included in Standard and Premium packages. Note finding keywords is not my job and if needed will cost extra.
Do you offer confidentiality for business documents?
Absolutely. All client materials remain strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties.
Into which languages you can translate my article?
From: English, German, Polish. Into: English, Polish.
What files format do you accept?
I accept all editable text documents including all Microsoft formats. Note that if the text is difficult to work with (such as a scanned document that is hard to read), that shall be reflected in my fee - please contact me before placing an order.
Do you always maintain the layout of the source files?
I try to. I can use Adobe Reader PDF PRO to work on your PDF files, if that's the case. If the formatting of your file is unusual - please contact me prior to buying an order.
What is the word limit for a single order?
Technically there are no limits on the order's length, but if you need something above, 5000 words then I really recommend asking me for a custom offer. I can then tailor the offer to you, and my current workload.
Do you accept smaller or bigger orders?
Yes, I do. Please message me prior to placing the order for a suitable offer.
Can you translate AI-generated content?
Yes. I can post-edit AI-generated text to ensure accuracy, natural flow, and brand consistency. This is especially useful for larger product catalogs or blog content.
What if I need ongoing translation for my store or platform?
I’m available for long-term collaborations. For recurring projects, I can create a glossary and style guide to ensure consistency across all your content.
