Can you guarantee my packaging will be legally PPWR compliant?
No, I execute the design and artwork changes required; final legal compliance and Declaration of Conformity must be confirmed with your own legal/regulatory advisor. This is standard practice, no designer can certify legal compliance.
Do I need this if the harmonized labeling deadline isn't until 2028?
Many brands are updating now to avoid a rush later and some elements (recyclability information, environmental claim wording) are already relevant under current PPWR provisions.
What if I don't have a compliance brief yet?
I can design based on published EU PPWR technical guidance, but I'd strongly recommend confirming final requirements with a compliance advisor before printing at scale.
What file formats will I receive?
Print-ready PDF with dielines, CMYK, and bleed, plus an editable source file where included in your package, and PNG/JPG previews for quick review.
Can you work from my existing label or do you need it built from scratch?
