3. Is the script included in the package?
The script is not included in our packages but can be purchased as an additional service when you place your order. Our professional scriptwriter will write a conversion-focused script for your audience.
4. How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 7 days. However, if you need your video sooner, you can choose our Extra Fast Delivery service when you place your order and we'll deliver it in 4 days.
5. What video format will I receive?
Your finished video will be delivered in HD 1080p in your desired format, which is usually MP4 and compatible with all platforms such as YouTube, social media, and websites.
6. Can you match the animation style to my brand colors and identity?
Of course. We can match the illustration style, colors, and visual aesthetic to your brand identity. Just provide your brand style references when you place your order.
7. What if I need more revisions than my package includes?
Not a problem. You can purchase additional revisions at $15 per revision on the order page.
