Built, as a solo founder, a live SaaS that turns a chat brief into a multi-page website made to be found on Google and AI answer engines. Designed its AEO/GEO layer, the code and files that let AI search tools read a site: crawler-readable HTML, robots.txt open to AI search bots, schema.org markup, a sitemap, llms.txt and canonical tags. Wrote its AI visibility guide on nine principles.

Built an AI tool that writes property listing descriptions for real estate agents. Set up a freemium model and a three-step conversion funnel, and ran a fake-door test (a sign-up button for a feature not yet built) to capture waitlist demand. Later listed and sold the business.

In 6 months I grew the flagship site from zero to 200,000 monthly organic sessions with zero ad spend, six figures in annual profit and an estimated eight figures in tracked revenue for partners. Kept rankings for 12 years through dozens of Google updates. Owned the roadmap for 200+ long-form guides and led a remote team of 4-5 freelance specialists.
