I will set up gemini ai agents and flows in google workspace studio

Over deze dienst
Gemini can now work for you while you are busy. Google Workspace Studio lets you build AI agents that act on their own: when an email arrives, when a meeting ends, or every Friday at 4 pm.
Most people turn on a ready-made flow, see it fail once, and give up. I build agents that fit how you really work, and test them with you until they run.
Agents I set up:
- Urgent email alerts in Google Chat, with your own definition of urgent
- A stakeholder brief drafted after each important meeting
- Questions to challenge every product doc your team sends you
- Reply drafts in your tone, ready for you to review
- A Friday recap of your decisions and open actions
How it works: we meet on a video call, you share your screen and I guide every click. I never log into your account, so your data stays yours.
You leave with agents running in your Workspace, the prompts behind them, and the know-how to adjust them yourself.
Requires a Google Workspace plan with Gemini and Studio. Not sure you have it? Message me and we will check together.

Veelgestelde vragen
What exactly is included, and what is not?
Included: the live call, the agents built and tested on your account, and their prompts in a Doc. Not included: Workspace admin settings, licences, access to your account by me, and third-party tools such as Jira or Salesforce.
Do I need a specific Google plan?
Yes. Workspace Studio is part of Google Workspace plans with Gemini. It is not available on free Gmail accounts. Before ordering, open Gmail and look for Studio in the Gemini menu, or message me and we will check together.
What if an agent stops working later?
It happens: an email format changes, a rule is too strict. Standard and Premium include chat support to fix it. I also show you where to see why an agent failed, so you can often fix it yourself in a minute.
Can my agents send emails on their own?
They can, but I recommend they draft or notify you instead, at least at first. You stay in control of what leaves your mailbox, and a test run never sends anything to your clients by mistake.
