Over time, I’ve worked with business owners, agencies, and service providers who struggled with scattered systems, missed follow-ups, and tools that didn’t communicate effectively. Beyond setup, I focus on building connected workflows using Zapier and n8n, allowing different tools to sync, share data, and trigger actions without manual input. I’ve also integrated systems like Freshdesk for customer support, Xero and Square for financial tracking, and Facebook Lead Ads for consistent lead capture. This ensures that every part of the business from marketing to sales to support works as one connected system instead of separate moving parts. In addition, I’ve developed AI chatbot and automation solutions that help businesses handle inquiries, respond faster, and maintain engagement without being constantly online. For teams using tools like Todoist or Motion, I create task automation systems that improve internal coordination and keep operations running smoothly. My approach is not just about connecting tools, but about understanding how a business operates and building systems that remove bottlenecks, reduce manual work, and create a more structured workflow. The goal is always to help clients gain clarity, improve consistency, and operate with systems they can rely on as they grow.
