Do you enter the property if I'm not there?
Yes, but only with your explicit permission and clear instructions. I follow your preferred access method, lockbox, key code, or coordinated key handoff.
What exactly do you check during the interior inspection?
I check doors, windows, locks, lights, appliances, faucets, visible pipes for leaks, unusual odors, thermostat settings, and overall cleanliness. Just tell me your priorities.
How do I receive the photos and report?
