Full Process Foreign Trade Operation: Independently handle overseas client inquiries, responsible for front-end work including client demand sorting, product matching, quotation, contract and invoice preparation; coordinate with procurement, operation and maintenance departments to follow up order placement, production/scheduling and shipping, continuously synchronize order progress to ensure delivery timeliness; conduct client background research based on inquiry information, sort out client relationship chains and explore potential cooperation opportunities. Refined Client Operation: Establish a tiered follow-up system based on client cooperation scale, demand priority and potential value, optimize client resource allocation and improve follow-up efficiency; build client follow-up ledgers and to-do reminder mechanisms using WPS smart spreadsheets to realize unified management of client information, follow-up progress and to-do items. Export Compliance & Risk Control: Provide after-sales certification-related services for clients, such as assisting Sudanese clients in completing embassy certification and other customs clearance qualification processing; verify the arrival of the balance payment, ISO/CE certification requirements of the destination country and client customs clearance qualifications before shipment to reduce export and delivery risks.
