The client developed a new high-torque electric rotary actuator for automated factory assembly lines. They needed a photorealistic 3D animation to showcase at an industrial trade fair (Hannover Messe) and use in their digital technical documentation. Because the unit is completely sealed in an aluminum housing, potential buyers couldn't see the internal planetary gear system and safety clutch mechanism.
