Drafting and authenticating settlement agreements in compliance with the Civil Procedure (Court-Annexed Mediation) Rules 2022, and presented agreements to the Mediation Registry for court registration. Applying culturally sensitive and trauma-informed communication skills to manage high-conflict interpersonal dynamics, particularly in family and child-related disputes, enabling restorative and relationship-preserving outcomes. Contributed to reducing court case backlogs in line with the Judiciary's Social Transformation through Access to Justice (STAJ) Vision, expanding community access to affordable and expeditious dispute resolution.
