I am Samal Randeepa from Sri Lanka. I am a Buddhist, and I live a restful lifestyle centered on peace. People often say I look younger than my age, which I take as a reflection of this calm way of living.

Lovely session where Samar held a very warm and powerful space for us to meditate while answering my questions and giving me insights into the practice.
