ENG - E-Cig Store Clerk I learned everything from scratch. I have never smoked or vaped, but I understood quickly what the clients were asking for, how to advise them, and I learned from them: listening to them, understanding them, following them teached me how to do this job. Today I can guide the client through the many choices they have, I can make personal advice for every client, starting from their experience, their tastes and their preference. I ran the shop by myself for years.

After that and before the Local Hospital, I worked for many similar hospice in my locality. From this job I learned listening, understanding, advising, taking care for someone in difficult times; I become the connection from the patients and the physicians, using the right languages depending on who I was talking, using medical languages with physicians and translating for the patients, and vice versa. I worked as a Nurse for years, working with physicians on Local Hospital’s most difficult cases.
