As an Appointment Setter, I was responsible for contacting prospective clients to introduce home and auto insurance solutions and schedule consultations with licensed insurance agents. My role focused on qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: * Conducted high-volume outbound calls to potential customers interested in home and auto insurance. * Qualified leads by gathering relevant information, including existing coverage, renewal dates, vehicle and property details, and eligibility. * Scheduled appointments for licensed insurance agents to provide personalized quotes and policy consultations. * Followed up with prospective clients to confirm appointments and maximize attendance rates. * Addressed common questions and objections professionally while maintaining compliance with company guidelines.

Sadly the project was delivered very late. I didn't get the expected outcome of this project but I think she has done her best. Thank you anyway

There were too many no shows, inconsistencies and issues that arose and she was unable to complete delivery effectively .. she was responsive after a longer period of time. I decided to move in a different direction after a few weeks and settled on honoring the payment for 1/3 of the expected work output....

Francisca did a great job with the cold calling project. She was professional, consistent, and communicated well throughout the process. She handled the calls confidently and followed the instructions provided. I’m very satisfied with her work and would definitely recommend her for cold calling and lead generation projects.
