As an Organic Music Promotion Specialist at Soundwave Artist Management, I develop and execute organic growth strategies for emerging and established artists across Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and SoundCloud. My role centers on building genuine, sustainable audience growth without relying solely on paid advertising — using playlist campaigns, community engagement, release timing strategies, and cross-platform content distribution to drive streams, followers, and algorithmic visibility for every artist I work with. I have managed organic promotion campaigns for artists across EDM, deep house, Afrobeats, hip hop, Brazilian music, and World Music genres, consistently delivering above-benchmark stream growth and follower acquisition results across every campaign. My playlist placement strategy has secured positions in over 200 curated playlists across multiple genres, generating millions of combined streams for artists who previously struggled to gain traction despite releasing quality music. I work closely with each artist to understand their sound, target audience, and long-term career goals — building organic promotion strategies that are tailored to the specific genre dynamics and listener behaviour patterns of their music rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Every organic promotion campaign I run is designed to generate meaningful engagement signals — saves, repeat listens, shares, and playlist adds — that tell streaming algorithms the music deserves wider organic distribution and push artists into editorial and algorithmic playlist consideration naturally over time.
