What is A2P 10DLC registration, and do you guarantee its 100% approval?
A2P 10DLC is a carrier rule required to stop patient texts from being blocked. I handle the setup in Standard & Premium. I cannot guarantee approval since carriers hold sole authority; if rejections occur due to your missing site policies or legal tax documents, a custom extra fee applies.
What happens if a platform update breaks an automation in the future?
Every system I build is thoroughly tested before handoff. I structure everything with clean naming protocols and active error logging so future bugs are easy to fix. I also offer continuous post-launch maintenance and support options as an extra charge.
