Yes. I follow common injection molding design practices, including draft angles, wall thickness, ribs, bosses, and other manufacturability considerations whenever applicable.
Can you redesign or improve my existing part?
Absolutely. I can modify, optimize, or redesign your existing plastic part to improve functionality, manufacturability, or aesthetics.
What software do you use?
I use SolidWorks, your 3D data will be compatible with molding easily. (STEP file will be provided.)
Do you provide STEP files?
Yes, I can provide STEP files for injection molding. I can also provide SolidWorks source files (on premium package), STEP, IGES, STL, PDF drawings, and DXF files if needed.
Can you design from a sketch or idea?
Yes, I can work from images, sketches, or written descriptions to develop a full CAD model.
How many revisions do you offer?
I offer revisions to ensure full customer satisfaction.
How is pricing determined?

Can you design parts for 3D printing as well?
Yes. I can optimize your design for both 3D printing prototypes and future injection molding production if required.
