WHAT'S INCLUDED
Startup app cleanup, storage decluttering, a privacy and security check, and setup of productivity tools (window management, quick launcher, menu bar cleanup) tailored to how you actually use your Mac.
HOW IT WORKS
You share your Mac model and what's bothering you, I confirm scope, then we do a remote screen-sharing session during an evening or weekend slot. You get a cleaner, faster, better-organized Mac and a short summary of what changed.
WHY ME
I'm a systems technician working daily with Apple and Windows environments, and I run my own Mac setup (MacBook Air + Mac mini) with the exact tools I'd configure for you.
Not included: hardware repairs, macOS reinstalls, or data recovery.

Do I need to back up my data first?
I recommend it as good practice, though nothing in this service touches your personal files or requires a reinstall.
How do you access my Mac remotely?
Via macOS's built-in Screen Sharing or AnyDesk — whichever you're comfortable with, confirmed before we start. This is also asked in the order requirements.
Can you install or configure specific apps I use for work?
Yes, tell me what you use in the requirements and I'll include relevant setup where possible.
When will you actually do the session?
Evenings and weekends (CET), alongside a full-time job in IT. I always confirm a specific time window with you before starting.
