Do you need admin access to my WordPress site?
For the Basic scan, no — we only need your site URL. For Standard and Premium, we'll need WordPress admin access and optionally SSH or cPanel access. All credentials are handled securely and never stored.
Will this affect my live site or cause downtime?
No. Our audit is non-destructive and read-only for scanning phases. Hardening changes (Premium only) are staged carefully with no expected downtime.
Do you work with WooCommerce stores?
Yes — WooCommerce-specific checks (payment page exposure, order data leakage, guest checkout risks) are included in Standard and Premium packages.
What format is the audit report?
PDF with an executive summary and a findings table listing severity (Critical/High/Medium/Low), description, evidence, and remediation steps IIA standard format.
