As Lead UI/UX Designer at Intasync, I own the end‑to‑end experience for our SaaS platform, translating complex workflows and data into intuitive, efficient interfaces for our users. I work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to define requirements, shape product strategy from a UX perspective, and ensure a consistent, high‑quality experience across web and mobile. Key Responsibilities Lead the full UI/UX lifecycle for core SaaS features: from discovery, user flows, and wireframes to high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to turn business goals and customer needs into clear, testable product requirements. Simplify complex, data‑heavy workflows into clean dashboards, settings, and management interfaces optimized for productivity and clarity. Plan and conduct UX research activities (user interviews, usability testing, heuristic reviews, competitor analysis) to validate ideas and improve existing flows. Define and maintain a scalable design system (components, patterns, typography, color, spacing) to ensure visual and interaction consistency across the SaaS platform. Deliver responsive designs for web applications, following best practices for accessibility, readability, and interaction patterns in B2B/B2C SaaS. Partner with developers during implementation, providing design specs, assets, and ongoing support to ensure pixel‑perfect execution. Mentor junior designers, review work, and help establish design standards, guidelines, and processes within the product team.
