Veelgestelde vragen
Do you work with existing project teams or solo?
Both — I can integrate into your current Jira/Confluence setup or build from scratch
Can you join live stakeholder workshops?
Yes, via Zoom/Teams, scoped separately if needed
What does a BPMN deliverable look like?
Visual swimlane diagrams showing current and proposed process flow, with pain points highlighted
What if I don't have any documentation to start with?
No problem — I can run discovery sessions or structured interviews with your team to extract requirements from scratch, even if all you have is an idea in your head.
Do you write functional and non-functional requirements?
Yes, I cover both — functional (what the system/process should do) and non-functional (performance, security, usability, etc.), depending on your project's needs.
Can you turn vague business requests into clear user stories?
Absolutely — that's one of my core strengths. I translate ambiguous asks like "we need better reporting" into specific, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
How do you gather requirements if I can't do a live call?
I can work asynchronously through structured questionnaires, shared docs, or Miro boards — a live call helps but isn't required.
Will you help prioritize requirements, not just list them?
Yes — I use frameworks like MoSCoW (Must/Should/Could/Won't) to help you prioritize based on business value and effort.
Can you help set up my Jira board from scratch?
Yes — I can configure boards, epics, sprints, and workflows in Jira tailored to your team's process (Scrum or Kanban).
Do you write acceptance criteria for user stories?
Yes, every user story I write includes clear, testable acceptance criteria so your dev team knows exactly what "done" looks like.
