In 2021, I completed a Diploma in Computer Applications, gaining strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), computer shortcuts, and general technical skills. I began my career in 2022 at Bhandari Hosiery Pvt. Ltd., where I worked for 2.5 years and developed end-to-end expertise in e-commerce operations. My responsibilities included order processing, managing returns and inventory, maintaining daily performance dashboards, and generating detailed sales and return reports. Following this, I joined Sathi Apparel, where I further expanded my operational logic and supply chain understanding. I have hands-on experience managing major e-commerce marketplaces like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, alongside Order Management Systems (OMS) to seamlessly sync multi-channel operations, which remains my current core focus.
